What this site is

poegems.net is an independent fan-made data tool that ranks Path of Exile skill gems by economic plays — leveling profit and corruption expected value. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games. Path of Exile, all in-game art, and all trademarks shown are the property of Grinding Gear Games.

Accuracy of information

Prices on this site are aggregated from public Path of Exile economy data sources that publish active player listings, not confirmed sale prices. Numbers shown are best-effort estimates of expected outcomes and explicitly do not constitute financial, trading, or in-game strategy advice. We make no representation that any rank, profit, or expected-value figure on the site reflects what you will actually earn in any specific transaction.

By using the site you accept that any trades you make based on the information here are made at your own risk and judgment. We are not liable for currency losses, missed opportunities, or any other consequence of trading decisions you make.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to:

• Use the site for personal trading research
• Link to specific pages from forums, Discord, streams, etc.
• Reference numbers from the site in conversation or content, with a citation
• Read the source code in the public repository for reference

You may not:

• Scrape the site systematically for re-publishing or redistribution
• Use the site to flood the upstream economy aggregators with derivative traffic (the JSON files are public; download those instead of re-scraping the rendered HTML)
• Use the source code or any data file in another product or service without prior written permission, beyond what the license in the public repository explicitly allows
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or interfere with the site's operation

Source-available license

The source code for poegems.net is published publicly for transparency but is not open source. Use of the code in derivative works requires written permission from the copyright holder. The full license is in the LICENSE file of the repository.

Advertising

The site may display advertisements served by third-party networks (currently Google AdSense). Those advertisers may set their own cookies for measurement and personalization, subject to their respective privacy policies. See the privacy policy for what is and isn't collected on our side.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
